BetaPearl

Every project's status, current and cited.

BetaPearl reads the plans, trackers, email and calendars behind your projects. It finds schedule risks, drafts the updates you send every week and keeps a current overview of each project.

Schedule risk review

Schedule risks often sit between tools: a date in the plan, a delay mentioned in an email, a blocked issue in Linear. Ask “What could delay this project?” BetaPearl compares the project's documents, email and calendar, checks its open Linear issues and lists each risk with where it came from.

Where you decide. You choose how to respond to each risk. Answering the question changes nothing in your tools.

Weekly update emails

If you send the same update to the same people every week, make it a workflow. Tell BetaPearl which sources to read and who receives the email. Each week it gathers what changed and drafts the update in Gmail.

Where you decide. By default, every email waits for your approval before it is sent. You can edit the draft before you approve it.

A project home that stays current

Create a project in BetaPearl and share the Drive folders, Notion pages and email threads that belong to it. BetaPearl maintains an overview of where the project stands. It shows where each fact came from and marks the overview when a source changes. New team members can ask the project questions instead of searching each tool.

Where you decide. You choose what the project includes and who belongs to it.
